FourFourSeconds ago, I wrote a blog post on how to get over depression, a condition that affects about 1% of the population, but it was not the first time I wrote about depression in general.

While depression is a very real and often frightening problem, it is not an insurmountable one and there are plenty of things you can do to help you.
