“This book is so beautiful, you don’t even have to open it to read it,” says James R. Hynes, M.D., Ph.
D. in Psychiatry, who writes about depression for the National Institute of Mental Health.
“There are no words to describe how much I love this book.”
The author of the first book in the series, which was published in April 2018, explains that the aim of this book was to help people with depression avoid the traps of “anxiety disorder.”
“I think that many people with anxiety disorders do not realize that depression can be very debilitating,” says Hynes.
“Depression can be like a cancer, or a terminal illness.”
Hynes says that the book is filled with useful tips and techniques for managing symptoms of depression.
Depression Cure has helped hundreds of people overcome depression and anxiety.
In addition to helping people with the disorder, it has also helped thousands of others.
Hysons, who is a psychiatrist at the Mayo Clinic, says that he is most excited about the book’s potential impact on the mental health field.
“I feel that the depression cure is the biggest mental health breakthrough in decades,” he says.
“The hope is that we can all learn from the work of Dr. H.J. Bokosz and others.”
Depression Cure, published by HarperCollins, will be available in 2018.
