Now to be clear, I am not suggesting that anyone become depressed or that depression is an illness.

This is not to say that depression isn’t real.

I am just saying it is very uncommon.

And if you are experiencing some of the symptoms of depression, don’t worry, we are here to help you.

So what if you feel depressed and want help?

Well, it is a common experience for people with depression to have thoughts of suicide.

That is because many people feel that if they aren’t depressed, then it doesn’t matter what they do.

But that’s not the case.

So here are some of my personal tips to get through the depression of depression: If you are struggling with depression, you should seek out help.

This will help you feel better.

If you want help, seek out someone who is depressed.

Here are some things you can do to improve your mood: Find ways to relax and enjoy life.

Take some time out and just be yourself.

Now don’t feel ashamed to talk about your feelings.
